If you want to study in Division of International Cooperation for Disaster Medicine under supervising of Prof. Shinichi Egawa, you have to take the entrance examination of Tohoku University Graduate School of Medicine. Prof. Shinichi Egawa is also teaching in the International Post-Graduate Program in Human Security (http://human-security.jp/).
